Features |
We produce a wide range of antenna
switch modules used in TDMA-type portable phones. We have developed
a module with mounting dimensions of 5.4mm x 4.0mm, approximately
35% smaller than our mass-produced 6.7mm x 5.0mm models. It also
has higher-performance electrical characteristics than standard
devices.

Compact size enables this 5.4mm x 4.0mm,1.8mm
high device to contribute to the miniaturization of the portable
phone and encourage its spread and promote more value-added designs.
In addition, because of the decrease in insertion loss at reception,
