| COMPOUND
VACUUM DEPOSITION MATERIAL FOR COLOR CRTs |
| Overview |
Proprietary
Features |
| This product,
with a low vapor pressure core in the axial element of the high vapor
pressure metallic material, is a compound vacuum deposition material
for constitutionally inclined membranes. |
- Special Hitachi Metals-developed cladding technology
- Bar and powder production also possible for core material
- Also suitable for long applications
|
| Direct
Benefits |
When vaporization is carried out only once, the composition
(metallic) of the membrane differs at the first and latter
stages. By utilizing the physical properties of the metal,
it is possible to obtain membranes with varying coefficients
of optical reflectance, thermal conductivity and thermal expansion,
electrical resistance and other characteristics on both the
inside and outside areas.
For example, optical reflectance on the inside and outside
when the compound vacuum deposition material Al-Fe is used
shows the constitution distribution of film thickness direction.
(The outside shows first-stage vaporization, and the inside
final-stage vaporization). |
