In magnetic
heads, ceramic materials are used in addition to the magnetic materials
of which magnetic circuits consist. We have selected a composition
that ensures minimal magnetism loss of the magnetic materials. We
produce titanate calcium, MnO-NiO, and iron-oxide magnetic heads
using ultrahypertonic-injection molding, which gives consideration
to sliding and abrasion-proofing as well as sintering technology.
