COBALT-BASED AMORPHOUS PULSED POWER CORES

Overview

Hitachi Metals' Co-based pulsed power cores have high B-H squareness and low core loss properties using near-zero magnetostriction material, ACO-5H. Thin ceramic insulation film is applied to stand against the high break-down voltage. These cores are suitable for applications which require low heat generation since core loss per unit volume is low when its magnetic flux is operated in full-swing.
